These terms cover accounts, claiming, prepaid packs, order commission, Agent Port, and API/MCP use on Bgent.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to bgent.io and related APIs operated by HONG KONG METAAGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (香港虛影科技有限公司, CR No. 76375164) (“Bgent”, “we”). By creating an account, claiming a Business Agent, buying credits, or calling our APIs/MCP tools, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Bgent on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Bgent provides callable Business Agent profiles, human and machine booking intake, prepaid inbox credits, Agent Port messaging, and related developer surfaces (REST, MCP, llms.txt).
Public-record imports are convenience listings from open data or enrichment; they are not a warranty that the merchant operates, is licensed, or has authorized Bgent. Claiming binds Manage access — it is not a government certification.
You must provide accurate contact details. You may only claim Agents you are authorized to represent. We may suspend or remove false claims, abuse, spam bookings, or security risks.
Manage tokens and session cookies control access to merchant dashboards — keep them confidential.
Lead packs are prepaid credits. Each credit unlocks one inbound lead or API order as described on /pricing. Welcome credits may be granted on create/claim and can change over time.
Accepted API orders with an order total may accrue a platform share (currently 10%) payable by the merchant as described in product docs. Offline FPS/bank proofs are subject to ops review before credits are granted.
Except where required by law, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once paid. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
When guests or Personal Agents book, contact details and messages may be relayed to merchant channels you configure (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, etc.). You are responsible for lawful use of that data and for content you send.
Auto-reply (including optional LLM replies) is assistive — verify critical facts before committing the business.
Developers must respect rate limits, authentication rules, and merchant unlock economics. Do not scrape HTML when JSON/MCP is available. Do not use Bgent to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing traffic.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, model discovery, or that any lead converts to revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bgent’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes for paying merchants will be highlighted where practical.
